Many Europeans and some Americans who concerned with the area issues, have regarded towards Egypt led by General Abdul Fattah Al-Sisi for a mission no one can accomplish except Egypt led by Al-Sisi, All agree unanimously on that the need of Iran and Russia in any equation of stability in the Middle East exceeds the needs of war against ISIL and the intended alliance for this purpose and away from the American superiority in specific and the Western in general in dealing with the book of terms of this alliance. At the end, no one can deny, that the goal of the war against ISIL is to establish a regional system preserves the stability of the region which is the most vital in the world which is full of the strategic economical attracting points.
It is impossible to regard at this stability by turning the Washington allies to a regional system that proved to be incapable of ensuring the stability in Yemen, Bahrain, Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon without Russia and especially Iran, so how it can in Afghanistan and Ukraine and other countries which are fully connected to the cooperation or confrontation with Russia or Iran or with both of them, and at the end, how the passage to the understanding with Russia and Iran become through Syria?
Washington has uplifted the level of its attitude towards Syria, until it becomes in need of a ladder of an Arab-Arab reconciliation to lower the level of aggravation. This reconciliation is between Syria and Saudi Arabia, and it cannot be done without Egypt with the leadership of Al-Sisi, but maybe it needs before, a reconciliation even if it in form, after the decline of the opposition which is far from the elements of Al-Qaeda, this reconciliation is entitled Syrian-Syrian, through which gives Saudi Arabia the first route of decent and in sequence it passes to the West. Because Saudi Arabia is still putting veto on any serious Egyptian move, despite of many hints of an Egyptian desire, and the magnitude of the international encouragement, and accordingly it does not change anything, so Egypt led by Al-Sisi has moved toward Lebanon which it can be a gateway.
Egypt has tried to hint, and the deputy Walid Jumblatt has helped in announcing, but the Saudi attitude came decisively, after the verification of the impossibility of reaching an understanding about the Lebanese disagreements including the presidency, in a way of an exchange with Hezbollah the authoritarian gains in return of changing its attitude, the type and size of its participation in Syria.
Al-Sisi has been informed of the Saudi refusal for any initiative about Lebanon including the presidency, without the call of Hezbollah to withdraw its forces from Syria. Thus, Al-Sisi has moved himself away from.
