The US Presidential announcement of the decision of forming a safe zone in Syria under the slogan of finding a solution for the refugees issue did not raise a debate, but just a Russian announcement that the matter was not discussed with it

After hours it has been shown that the US Presidential decision has demanded from the Departments of State and Defense to study the matter and to supply the president with the results in order to take a decision.

The preliminary studies are present at these Departments if the intention was a zone, in which Washington ensures the prevision of the Syrian aircraft to approach it, forms camps for the armed groups which support it, and considers it an area that is valid to accommodate the refugees.

The cost is US involvement in a war that their financial and humanitarian costs are well known, on which Donald Trump has recited his inauguration speech rejecting them and refusing them.

The current area about which the American can talk in Syria is in the north of Al Raqqa where there is US influence and Kurdish presence that is loyal to Washington and under its auspices, but this area does not meet the need to accommodate the refugees.

Trump wants to present a solution to present it to the Europeans and to the refugees, but he will not find it but only by tuning the project of the safe zone into a negotiating project with Russia and the Syrian state in order to establish areas that receive the refuges.
