Nasser Kandil wrote: Chiefs of staff Meeting

* Neither the chiefs of staff of the Russian US, and the Turkish armies announced any statements, nor did their Ministries of Defense announce any clarifications.

* Such of this meeting was not held after the dropping of the Russian plane by the Turkish fighters in order to be mere a seek to prevent the tension and the deterioration of the situations, unless the interpretation was that the US desire and the Turkish one to cooperate with Russia has changed from the intension of escalation and pressure to the cooperation and the coordination.

* The change is not the result of the change of the identity of the US administration which discharged the Advisor of the National Security in charge of the communication with the Russian Ambassador in Washington, since it is not in the least ideological but unlike its trend.

* The change is not the outcome of the Turkish communication with Russia, since Turkey neither has the ability to bring the US Chief of Staff, nor its presence in Manbej requires the presence of the Russians, it is restricted with the Turkish US relationships due to the US cover of the Kurds.

* The Meeting is a common Russian-US decision, but it required the Turkish partnership due to the privacy of the role and the location.

* The Meeting started from the risk of the tension in Manbej, but it based on the conviction that the solution is associated with the distribution of the roles in the war on ISIS and the status imposed by the Syrian army as a pivotal partner.
