Nasser Kandil wrote: The settlement of Al Waer and the speech of Al-Assad

* Some analysts and talkers who were entitled political analysts pretend to be clever on the TV by commenting of the words of the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad about considering the best available forms for the political solution are the settlements which are applied by the Syrian country on different parts of Syria.

* After years of dialogues with formal delegations of the opposition, which were covered by international and regional support and under UN sponsorship, the dialogues are still futile and in vain.

* The ceiling of the country for the political solution stems from the Syrian constitution and within the Syrian sovereignty, it reaches to elections after the new constitution as what was said by Al-Assad President in 2013 by calling for a unified government.

* The opposition tried to change that ceiling either by occupying most of the Syrian territories with the support of Al-Qaeda organization, the Turkish army, and the foreign support in its several types or by exerting pressure to impose international trusteeship on Syria that suspends the constitution, steps down the President, and imposes on Syria a transitional ruling body.

* Between the futile experience of the opposition in which it lost most of its territories and its bets have failed and between the temporal settlements which covered most of the Syrian territories and have succeeded by alienating tens thousands of the militants and ensuring the security for dozens of cities and areas.

* The Syrian country chooses Al Waer district as an example for the political solution.
