Despite the hesitation for weeks after the referendum, the parliament of Catalonia announced the secession from Spain but it has nothing to do to express that.
The secession means to establish an independent state.
An independent state means a currency instrument or to deal with the existing currency, in both cases, when the banks of the world accept to deal with the central bank that issues remittances and checks and accept the signing of its officials, then this means the recognition of the independent state.
An independent state means passports, signatures, and approved examples that are accepted by the other countries, this means the recognition of the independent state.
An independent state means the management of airports and the movement of aircraft by a governmental administration of aviation that deals with the airports of the world and the international organizations, and which depends on programs and schedules of taking off and landing, it coordinates the aircraft movement, but this is conditional on the acceptance of the international bodies and the airports of the other countries to coordinate with the new government and which means the recognition of the independent state.
An independent state without recognition means no passports, in other words the citizens will not be able to move outside the borders and there will not be governmental visits to abroad, no banks means no currency or capital flow, no planes or airports means no communication with the world and no tourism movement.
This was known by Masoud Al-Barazani after the decision of the secession, so he retreated; and now he is stepping down and this is what will happen in Catalonia.
The independent state falls without recognition.
The leadership of Kurdistan and Catalonia built their decisions on promises and considerations of pre- danger of terrorism, chaos, the flow of displaced era, and before the change of the considerations of the world and the neighboring countries and Europe in particular, and through the sticking to refuse the destabilization of the current governments, but the time difference has ended an accumulation of ten years and lost a historic dream.
The leadership of the secession in Catalonia will fall “democratically” as the leadership of the Kurdish secession will fall. In both cases the Kurds and the Catalans will give their votes to whom succeeds in arranging the relationship with the federalist capital.
