What does Al-Assad want?

What the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad has said about the raids of the international alliance which is led by Washington in the war against ISIS has to finish the deliberation and the reflection of all the involved of this war. Al-Assad said to the French (Paris Match) that the raids which are launched by the alliance against ISIS did not help in achieving the victory on one hand, and that the real needed support from the alliance and which will change the balances is through adjusting the Turkish borders in order to stop the flow of money, arms, and fighters on the other hand.
Those who relished the American dazzle consider that just the American talk that Al-Assad is making use of their raids and because they do not intend to attack the Syrian army is enough for the alliance to have the applause of Al-Assad on one hand, and that he feels comfortable because he avoided a major danger, so he praised the alliance. Moreover, they think that Al-Assad is struggling to make them accept his credits as an active member in it on the other hand, especially that those who were dazzled are still thinking that Syria which is headed by Al-Assad is taking consideration every detail of how to get the American satisfaction. So they have been surprised of the speech of Al-Assad, and they considered it as a protesting message of not accepting his membership in the alliance.
The countries which respect themselves, their people, its sacrifices, and the sacrifices of their armies like Syria, do not work in a way that the climbers, hackers, and parasites look through. It is simply and really to ask, do the American raids can defeat ISIS ? The American answer according to the Chairman of the Joint Chief of staff’s Martin Dempsey then by the American President Barak Obama is No, because the war will not be resolved without the presence of land troops that can terminate the groups of ISIS, and grabbing the land which they located in it. The American leaders including Obama and Dempsey admitted that what they have said of a Syrian moderate opposition to be a land warfare partner in the war against ISIS in Syria does not exceed the wishes, and that the collapse and the termination of these supposed groups at the hands of Al Nosrah and ISIS is daily and frequently under the view of the American. Therefore, implicitly, there is nothing called as a Syrian worry of this matter since some has explained Al-Assad’s attitude as a worry of this false option which shows the fact daily, this has been already described by the President Obama as a fantasy which consumes the time and the effort but in vain, while the Syrian anxiety is about the extension of the duration of the alliance’s raids which achieved nothing through its process against ISIS, and that it will be a part of the war’s routine which its laws like the laws of the relationship between the germs and the antibiotics, where once the treatment with the antibiotics becomes traditionally and routinely according to the germ, it will vaccinate and derive the ability to survive and its uprooting becomes harder.
The speech of Al-Assad of the inefficiency of the raids, is supported in addition to the talks of Obama and Dempsey and others, by the facts of the gang wars, on its forefront the American experience in the Afghanistan Tora Bora and the Pakistan Waziristan with Al-Qaeda, where the fighters of ISIS have trained and brought up, and for more than ten years the raids are daily news till the jet airplanes become tired and the planes were freed of their pilots, and the result is nothing. In contrast, we are in front of the experiences of the Syrian army of an air force that its capabilities, equipments, and its effectiveness cannot be compared with the American air force. But just because being a contribution factor in a war that is waged basically by the field units of the Syrian army, so it seems that its intervention is more active and has a higher outcome as an evidence to what is going on after some kilometers away from the fronts that the Americans are concerned with against ISIS, and the fronts where the Syrian army is fighting and achieving progress after progress in the rural areas of Aleppo.
The second aspect in the speech of Al-Assad about the most feasible action other than the raids, that exceeds just the doubt of its technical effectiveness, and during the absence of the stopping the flowing of the fighters, arms, and money, and in order to compensate the losses which caused by the raids, since it is a political matter, is that the foreign aspect of the American intervention grants whom is attacking it some kind of nationalism and sympathy, that are linking to a history and a memory where there is no place for the American except only the feature of the enemy, especially because the concerned front of the war takes the Islamic religious title as a slogan for it. The American confusion between the Islam and the terrorism is as old as the infinite American support of the Israeli terrorism. For this reason the one who participates with the American in the war is considered dubious in his nationalism, and the war as well will be dubious in its honesty and the validity of its goals. Therefore, Syria does not try to be a part in an alliance that many thought that it involved in it, and that it preoccupied to be accepted among its ranks. While Syria sees through experiences that it is giving its people the task of combating the terrorism, which most of its components belong to the foreigners of Syria, and which took from the terrorism the religious motto and granted who is fighting it the feature of nationalism on the other hand.
What an alliance can do more important than its raids is to stop the unlimited Turkish support for ISIS, this is the most important political affair which Al-Assad concentrated upon, and which constituted the center of his discussions with the International Envoy Staffan de Mistura, when talking about his initiative about Aleppo, about stopping the conflict, and linking every security solution with the implement of International Security Council resolutions by closing the borders, and stopping the flow of arms, money, and fighters. What is more important is that despite what these resolutions contain, and what do they mean of realizing the task, the ignorance continues, and the discussion is going on with Ankar’s government according to the conciliation equations and presenting the excuses. When Ankara interferes into the affairs of the sovereignty of the Syrian country, and talks about its attempt to change the political regime, then the American response would not be that it is a matter of the Syrian themselves, and that any international intervention in this matter has its conditions and controls and that it has to be under the control of the International Security Council if it is right, but on the contrary the American response is that it has agreed on this goal, but it asked about a plan to achieve it.
What the President Al-Assad has said has to alarm Washington, and has to be presented in front of the decision-makers there. The serious question is To where? Is it towards new Tora Bora or new Waziristan?
Syria decided that it did not want the fate of Pakistan or Afghanistan, so it did not find an interest of that alliance, except to show Turkey which does not know that it will be another Pakistan in case Syria was like Afghanistan. And that time is no far long through which the areas of the southern Turkey will witness what the southern of Pakistan has already witnessed, through the prevailing of the ISIS’s phenomenon in its all aspects, towards the American raids through pilotless aircraft.
It is just enough to stop your evil away from us and to take your alliance and to go away, and we will bear the responsibility of ISIS, This is the content of the speech of Al-Assad.
