Putin is the leader of the century

The annual speech of the Russian President Vladimir Putin before the General Assembly of the Russian Federation has not got that attention as a result of the American’s control on media, although his speech has its suitable reaction in the Western studies and researches centers, as an expression of explaining the strategy of the new cold war which is led by Russia, and which it seemed that it insisted on it whatever the consequences and the results are, towards adjusting the international system politically, legally, financially, and military.
The American Congress has immediately responded through a strict law in order to impose more sanctions on Syria, moreover, there were calls to isolate Russia and let it pay a high cost of the rebellion against the American will. It means that the confrontation is exceeding its current expression, that it is not in the end of the path but it is really in the path of aggravation.
President Vladimir Putin said that the stability is not reserved by the mutual concessions, but by the recognition of the rights and re-offering the rights, while the mutual concessions are the abandonment of the rights and their possessors, and the keeping of the hackers the rights or some of them. Russia through its popular and geographical size, natural and strategic resources, and its military power has the full right of a partnership in putting the policies which the world is circulated around. It is not improbable that Russia is accepting the humiliation of its demand of just behaving as a country of a second-class.
According to Putin, Russia does not fear of the military threat, it is ready for the confrontation if the missile shield has been deployed in Europe, it is confident of its armed forces and achieving victory, ready to turn the sanctions into motives for its great economy, the first respond was the financial amnesty which affects all the financial crimes, which their capitals belonged to Russia, this is at least more than trillion dollars. So this has arisen the American and the West horror, in addition to the banking hysteria.
In response to the attempt of re-opening the Peninsula Crimea issue in the Ukrainian settlement as a justification of continuing the sanctions which are rejected by Moscow, and which insisted on its being as a partner in solving the Ukrainian –Ukrainian crisis, while Washington is trying to show it as a Russian – Ukrainian crisis, so they agitated the Crimea’s issue to be an Ukrainian – Russian title. Putin said” Do not be aspired of accepting the re-searching about the fate of Crimea, because according to us its most holiest among the holies, as Al Aqsa for Muslims, the Resurrection for the Christians and the Temple for the Jews”.
The speech of Putin and the American response mean that the continuation of the unique American position in managing the international affairs has ended, and that a country which has the capabilities of a great country as Russia, and behind it China and Iran and many countries in the world which have fed up with the American exclusivity, are waiting for whom is leading the process. The empire according to those who were looking for the salvation of its hegemony, domination, and its conspiracy has been declined, its confrontation becomes possible and the victory in this war is becoming achievable. The Syrian lesson has provided a clue of this capability, and has granted those who were looking towards the termination of the American era sufficient reasons to continue in their process. The Iranian resistance and the fate of the aging American allies are sufficient reasons for Putin to say that he will not retreat till he changes the world
Putin is progressing to be the man of the twentieth- first century.
