Netanyahu’s anxiety & Kerry’s hesitation

The American Secretary of State John Kerry will meet the President of the Occupation Government Benjamin Netanyahu in Rome to have an understanding about a common behavior towards a Palestinian project, that has a broad support in the world officially and popularly, asking for a timetable of the Israeli withdrawal from the occupied territories since 1967, and the establishment of an independent Palestinian country which its capital is Eastern Jerusalem. This search is revolving under Israeli tension in order to let Washington having a veto to frustrate this project, which it becomes clear, that its presenting without amendment will mean its possessing a sufficient advocacy for its survival and its turning into a resolution. While Kerry is carrying out his negotiations with Netanyahu to amend the draft resolution in a way that makes it consistent with the American vision of peace, asking Netanyahu to cooperate to draw agreed possible lines, in order to reach a resolution of an international consensus on one hand, and an acceptance ability of the Israeli on the other hand.
It is clear and sure that we will not witness from Washington neither a vote with approval nor an abstaining from voting, in order not to facilitate the issuing of a resolution that makes Israel in front of an international a fait accompli policy, even without essential executive mechanisms, but it is a legal document that forms a subsequent basis to have an action under the title ( A resolution of establishing a Palestinian country that is independent of the occupied territories by Israel since 1967 and its capital is Eastern Jerusalem). In spite of the lack of this resolution to the execution mechanisms, it will allow for the announcement of the country, and the starting of getting the diplomatic admissions of it, towards the treating of any occupation of its lands or any resistance to this occupation in a different way.
It is certainly and clearly, that we are for the first time in front of an Israeli anxiety from the American behavior and the discomfort of the presence of an automatic resolution of using the veto, because there is a draft resolution that does not relieve Israel, while previously and in the confronting matters of less importance, the Israeli prominent feeling was that the American veto for the interest of Israel was assured without the need of bothering itself of contacting and consulting.
It is certainly and clearly as well, that the failed wars of Israel during a decade, and its inability to go in the peace process according to the limits which are drawn by Washington, have led to the decline of the position of Israel in the American politics industry, and the transforming of it from a strategically additional value to a strategic burden. Moreover, the impasse which Washington have faced and is facing with the emerging and the resisting powers in the region such as Iran, Syria, and the resistance, and its failure with Israel and accompanied by many allies have led Washington also to the deep thinking of engaging into settlements and understandings. Because Israel seemed after its unsuccessful experiences in the wars with America, that it wants to link the opened fate of America of non –defeat alternatives within the settlements with the closed fate of Israel of any alternatives but only the defeat.
In the heart of this dramatic moment, this project is presented to the Security Council, where Washington was aware that the automatic use of veto will bring more crises to its relations which already have with the people of the region without making any benefit for Israel except increasing its arrogance, and this will embroil it in more wrong thoughts according to the American vision of the high interest of the future of Israel in the changing Middle East.
At the meeting of Kerry –Netanyahu, Washington wants to have an understanding with Israel about a compromised territory, its center is the continuation of the negotiations towards the establishing of a Palestinian country, its theoretical borders are the occupied territories in the year 1967, and the assistance of the Arab support as usual, and the indulgence of the Palestinian authority to accept the negotiated words about the exchanging of the territories, determining the borders, and the fate of the refugees and Jerusalem. So Netanyahu is feeling with anxiety, Washington is unable to continue without having coordination with Israel, So Kerry hesitated
