UN envoy Staffan de Mistura plan is to cease-fire in Aleppo city- Syria, especially after encircling it by Syrian army. Syrian army withdrawals from camps in Idleeb countryside and Al-Nossra progress to it. The confusion is raised from plans for settlement, in spite of Turkish support.  Syria becomes in tension internationally. The foes against Syria link the fate of their governments to the fate of the war against Syria.
