Baker – Hamilton is for the implementation from Syria

Early in the year 2006, the crisis of Iraq’s committee has been formed in the American Congress; its duty was to discuss and to analyze the American failure there, and to propose the solutions. This committee was chaired by Senator James Baker and Lee Hamilton the two chiefs of the blocs of the Republic and Democratic parties in the Congress. It has reached to a secret recommendation in April of the same year as it was said, so its work has been suspended till the time of implementation, it was cleared that this recommendation was about what has happened in war of July in Lebanon in 2006, by betting on that the changing of the conflict rules in the Middle East stems from the fate of the resistance, so it was an American –Arab-Israeli war, that ended with the triumph of the resistant alliance. Thus, the committee which included elites from the whole American community has issued a report after the failure in breeding a new Middle East that fits the American vision and interests.
The report stated that the force has a limited action in making politics, and Washington has to admit of the politics’ facts in the Middle East, and their basis which is the ascending powers which decided to struggle with Washington, and which are the same powers in which the engaging with them through settlements constitutes an entry for the stability-making, and in its forefront Iran, Syria, and Hezbollah, This provokes a deep American Russian understanding about the partnership in making the international politics, and the recognition of the position of new Middle East powers and their magnitude. Iran and its nuclear deal and regional ability, Syria and its influence on the Arab- Israeli conflict, and the security of Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq, and the resistance; the decisive deterrence force in the region.
America’s allies have been granted the chances of changing the facts before putting the report into action; it was set that the end of 2014 will be the deadline for this chance, before the time of the withdrawal from Afghanistan after Iraq, and before the opponents of America will become on the Mediterranean such as China, Russia, and Iran. The title is who can change Syria; there were bets on overthrowing the resistance in Palestine, the change of the decided reference in Iran through tempting it with an imperial role in return of abandoning of the resistance, and tempting Syria with a role in Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq, in addition to a huge project for the economical development in return of abandoning of the resistance, and to limit its relation with Iran. Therefore was the Qatari-Turkish alliance with (Muslim Brotherhood) to terminate Syria, and to put the regimes in Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, and Yemen as American deposit under the control of the new Ottoman alliance in exchange of overthrowing Syria. Days passed and passed while the bet is in deadlock, moreover it has produced the danger of terrorism, its rootedness and its expansion. The year 2014 is approaching its end; Syria is winning with its steadfastness and imposing the change despite of the obstinacy.
De Mistura’s plan is the beginning of the admission of the leadership of the President Bashar Al-Assad, and the only field army in the Middle East. The nuclear understanding with Iran is the beginning of the admission of Iran’s position which resembles the role of China half a century ago. Ceasing fire in Ukraine is the beginning of the engagement with Russia as an unbroken Great Power. The year 2015 is the year of politics with distinction, and the continuous pressures are a confirmation and not a negation of that Baker-Hamilton report is the new old deferred strategic plan, and in its forefront the endeavor to solve the Palestinian issue, and that it may grant for Israel an insurance policy against the balances which they no longer worked for its interest popularly, geographically, and militarily.
