Larijani: early reconnaissance to meet Bogdanov

The visit of the French Envoy Jean Francois Giroux did not anymore look like neither the back and forth visit of the Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mikhail Bogdanov between Beirut and Damascus, nor the visit of the Iranian head of the Shura of Council Ali Larijani to Beirut, Damascus, and Baghdad.
The visit of the French Envoy and then the Prime Minister of France was an attempt to search for a foothold for a great power, which was the most important sponsor of the politics in the two countries Lebanon and Syria, it drew the independence and the twining limits between them through separating them on one hand, and linking them with the Council of the Common Interests through including one central bank, unified currency, customs, tobacco management, and a connection body and its unified network like the railway network. This superpower has lost everything, after it was an occupier, it thought that it will win, because it was thinking, but now France which is not thinking is like a chicken which has dug and threw a dust on its head, it bargained on everything that it has, and then it came neither with friends, nor with thoughts, or a role.
France the gambling has reserved a paper after the war of July, it is called neutralizing itself away from the enemies of Syria which is led by America, it was trying to find a way to justify itself in front of the frightened Christians about the West attitudes and its bets on the chaos, and about which Condalisa Rice has declared publically during the war of July in the year 2006. France is confused; it neither adopted the chaos nor presented its substitutive, until the Arab Spring has come, so France becomes the spearhead of the chaos and the hostility towards Syria. The country of pluralism, sharing, and the civil law is the most important one in the region and a model which assures the Christians, and which the resisters and the free independent ones find it as their castle. France has taken side and has held an extreme position in its favoring, so it bargained on having a crumb of an illusionary memory of a passed colonization, it participated in Ottoman past dreams of the ruler of Turkey, so they lost together, thus, the visit of Giroux becomes a shabby folklore without a soul, he does not find anyone who can open the secret doors for him, so he returned to an excellent newspaper’s reader, because he had never heard of anyone but only what is said in the press of Beirut.
Bogdanov has come as a founder of the coming role, where Russia is the full partner of the steadfastness towards Syria and the resistance, it is the partner which imposed its presence in making settlements along the world from Ukraine to Iran and towards Syria, where are the crises, the struggles, and the settlements, which through and with them, Bogdanov has to pass by Beirut and to return to it, in order to confirm the new role of Syria in finding the solutions on one hand, and the determined position in the alliances on the other hand, and with or through them. Russia is the sponsor of the Christian presence in the East which France has removed out of its equation because it betrayed it. Bogdanov is establishing a coming role for Russia in the Eastern of the Mediterranean, he knew as a pillar of the Russian diplomatic pillars that his task has changed from the negotiated maneuvers of the difficult situations, and the illusion of the readiness in order to present concessions to the protect the stabilities and the standing as reference of coordination between the alliance parties as shown through his visit to Al Sayyed Hassan Nasrollah, and his talk with the President Al-Assad, as well as his care about the needs of Syria, and the requirements of its steadfastness as assigned by the President Vladimir Putin.
Bogdanov is the international substitute who will take the place of Jeffrey Feltman in politics-making in the region, even if Feltman has attended but this time is different compared with what is going on before, and the American uniqueness in drawing the fate of the region, which has changed through the steadfastness of its people, armies, and resistance many equations and fatalities.
Ali Larijani the head of the Iranian Parliament has not arrived to Damascus, Beirut, and Baghdad on a tour of using the media platform to declare attitudes, and not for coordinating activities and common movements technically with its parliament. Larijani is the one who held the negotiation with the West about the nuclear program of his country. He is one of the few who adheres the details of what is going on in the international negotiations backstage with Iran, and particularly, what is related with the regional map. Larijani is strongly moving forward to have a seat parallel to that one of the President Hassan Rouhani under the guardianship of Al Sayyed Ali Al-Khamenei, he will dispose Sheikh Hashemi Rafsanjani who was the occupier of this seat for many years. Larijan represents the Iranian blocs which support the resistance, Syria, and the Syrian-Iraqi- Lebanese bridge with Iran which in its forefront the Revolutionary Guards on one hand, and the parliament and the social and religious bodies on the other hand. He is the veteran politician who is able to combine between the qualifications of adhering the negotiated issue or the preparation of the regional negotiation managements about the settlements in Lebanon and Syria, since Iran is as a regional great power accompanied by a supporter and a lasting ally which does not abandon, it respects its alliances and adhering with them, because it realizes why all is admitting of its power, presence, and existence as a guarantor of the stability in the region, gathering the whole world around it, by considering that the rooted terrorism in it is its common enemy.
Larijani knows that the head of the Lebanese parliament is the negotiated partner in making the presidency in Lebanon; he knows that the Syrian parliament in the year 2016 will be the base for the solutions and the settlements. The attendance of the observers from the world parliaments will be the title of the settlements emergence, which ended with the recognition of the legitimacy of the Syrian country, and restoring the relations with it, and that the two Iranian and the Russian parliaments will be the two partners in organizing the guests, he knows as well that the starting of the settlements is the confirmation of the admission of the important position of the President Bashar Al-Assad in Syria and the role of the resistance in Lebanon, in addition, the sensitive position of the Lebanese presidency on one hand, and the requirements of the role here is the confirmation of the refusal of the bargaining on the papers of strength on the other hand. In Lebanon the force is the protecting alliance of the resistance, and the role of the Christians in it since it is the first concerned of the presidency. In Syria the papers of strength are the army, the Constitution, the presidency, and the confirmation of continuing the needed support for the steadfastness of the economy.
Larijani and Bogdanov are forming the regional and the international environments, in contrast to Jeffry Feltman, Dawood Oglu, and Saud Al Faisa, two winners versus two defeaters in one region and in two countries particularly Syria and Lebanon, which their steadfastness and their sacrifices have formed a decisive factor in the progress of Russia and Iran to the front line.
