All the political negotiations whether are slow or prompt ones as Hezbollah with the Future movement negotiation or the Ukrainian- Ukrainian talks or the political dialogue between the Syrian regime and the opposition in Syria it will be in Moscow. All of these negotiations are pointless and worthless which depend on American Russian convergence which is too far. The American attitude is still confused in comparing with anticipated settlement and their fear of the escalation of the Russian role
