The Russian initiative is based on the collection of many parts especially, between the national opposition and the Syrian regime. This imitative is good for talks and debate in Syrian affairs, after the opposition contentment that the continuing of the war against Syria or prolong this crisis means the collapse and destruction of Syria. The Syrian fate comes from their will, and no one outside it can decide of them.
