Since before the emergence of the new government, and since the era of the self-distancing government, there was a resolution that ignited the thoughts of the foreign embassies in Beirut, it has been discussed by Lebanese officials, its title was a visa for Syrian citizens who want to come to Lebanon, the promoting for this resolution was going on in order to make it acceptable. The media campaigns about the incapacity of Lebanon of having all these Syrian refugees, and the leaked numbers of them, and the indication of the inadequacy of the specified sources of the international bodies. All of these were not because there was a national human motivation according to those who aroused it, even the ones who were involved in the sectarian speech in dealing with the refugees’ issue have not paid attention to the fact that they have participated in a programmed organized campaign, its goal has been already specified, its title was the visa.
The legitimate and the illegitimate borders have been opened for two years for the armed groups which aim to infiltrate to Syria, they were called ( the victims of the regime ), they gave them shelters, services of hospitalization, arm stores , and lines for the supply, moreover they opened for them rooms for informational processes, there was no such a thing, like the Lebanese sovereignty is violated, but it is fraternal duty towards (the revolution of people ) which has the same manner of fourteenth of March groups.
The Syrian loyal popular mood to the country and its president through presidential elections have accompanied with the growth of the complaint of turning the arms which are considered opponent into weapons that were internationally classified as terrorist. The rebels according to the Minister Ashraf Rifi are the same, but according to Moshe Yaalon they are moderates, and they were classified as terrorists according to Washington and in the lists of the United Nations of New York. Al Nosrah Front is the official branch of Al –Qaeda organization in the Levant , so it was important to have procedures that meet the West demands, and to suggest a link between the emigration of Syrian refugees to Lebanon and the centralizing of the terrorism in it, despite the awareness of the ones who were concerned, that the ones who will pay the cost of the new arrangements are the Syrians themselves and not the terrorists, who usually do not pass by the borders as ordinary citizens, in coincidence with applying the manner of entrance ( visa ) there were demands to grant them legitimate offices in the refugees’ camps as representatives of the Syrian revolution, and requests for security features similar to the ones which the Palestinian organization has got in the seventies.
The Schizophrenia which is against Syria and the Syrian Lebanese partnership is like a split in the politicians’ personalities who made the principles to serve the masters, as the people in the times of ignorance made their gods of dates, and when they feel hungry they ate them. This was the slogan of the demanders of the diplomatic relations between Lebanon and Syria, till the demand becomes divine, it summarized all the signs of the sovereignty, The Lebanese embassy in Syria was abandoned, while the Syrian embassy in Lebanon is according to many is a banned referentiality. The call of (the will of the Syrian people) was the alternative of the embassies in divinity; this will has been revealed on the Election Day when there was a supportive flood of the President Bashar Al-Assad, and the demand was let them go. That was the hypocritical racism, which took the camouflage image, but it turns today into a false nationalism that avenges of the Syrians, because they are with their country and not with the rebels of Al- Nosrah, as many of the politicians of Lebanon wanted them.
Why is the visa? One of those who launched the daily statements asking for opening the embassies between Lebanon and Syria said that the announcement of the decline the distinguished relationships which Al Taif Agreement has stated between Lebanon and Syria, started from applying the visa on the borders between Lebanon and Syria, because it is a sovereign action from one part, it is taken from the government of Lebanon. This political speech is more faithful than all the lies of the speech about controlling terrorism and terrorists, and the complaining of the refugees’ issue. Tomorrow will be offices on the borders for the brokers of visa, which will be taken by those whose names are firstly in the embassies’ lists since, they are considering in the resolution as travel seekers, in most cases they are the dealers with these embassies, in addition to those who pay, the contrabandists, the officers in the armed groups who they are representatives of human associations that are classified according to United Nations organizations, all of them are as we knew them one by one, moreover the ones who are able to pay and to bribe can have it, it will have neither any effect regarding the emigration nor regarding controlling the terrorism, so it will lead to two things, concerning politics it is an announcement of the end of the distinguished relations which establish titles of coordination through which any decision has to be studied and launched through it, the second outcome of the decision would be a humiliation for the Syrian citizens, provokes their anger and making new mutual hostile gaps between the popular components in Lebanon and Syria, in order to serve a new old project in order to hit the fraternal relationship between them.
The alternative is simple according to the signed agreements between the two countries, and that is a consultation that is led by the Syrian embassy in Lebanon and the Lebanese embassy in Syria, as a preparation for a bilateral meeting at the level of a special decision, that grants the passing of the citizens and the goods across the borders between the two countries, in this case the two Prime Ministers have to meet, as well as the two Ministers of Interior, the Lebanese Director of the Public Security, and the Head of the Political security branch in Syria, with the presence of the two ambassadors to make a mutual decision that applies on both sides of borders between the two countries. Simply the decision is the ((temporary passage according to certified lists from security services one in Lebanon and the other in Syria)) and the standards are implicitly defined by the two governments, and there is no need to announce them. The Syrian whose name is not mentioned in the list, has to review his government, and the Lebanese who cannot pass to Syria, has to review his government too.
But since the Lebanese government has done it, and the seekers of the ruin became happy, so as a Lebanese citizen, who’s my Lebanese origin and my family belong for more than a thousand years. I would like to ask the President Bashar Al-Assad to close the borders with Lebanon in both directions back and forth in front of the people and the goods, till the decision makers return to their consciousness and awareness, so let the ships and the aircrafts of Saad Al Hariri about which he promised, serve and secure the Lebanese interests across the borders with Syria.
The Syrian modesty is an expression of a behavior of a respectable country, but the matter has surpassed the reasonable limits, and the ignorance of the respectable country requires the understanding of those who do not understand that the relationships between the countries have assets.
Just as a reminder, despite the concealing of the two explosions which came from Saudi Arabia as businessmen or tourists, no one in the Lebanese government dare to claim to apply the visa on the Saudis, knowing that the Lebanese is not treated equally in Saudi Arabia even in the Pilgrim Times. O. Shame on this sovereignty.
