Logically speaking, Lebanon has passed two calamities all at once; the first one is through its passing the dangers of civil strife after the explosion of Jabal Mohsen, which was arranged and deliberated, where neither the ability of absorbing its consequences can be expected, nor its repercussions can be avoided without falling into the banned. The goals and the implementation tools of the double suicidal explosion were well studied, where the reaction would be an angry flood in Jabal Mohsen that invades the afflicted district upon remembering the wounded and the painful memory, towards all of Lebanon, they are endless wounds that threaten of the outbreak of a devastating civil war.
These days Lebanon has surpassed as well the danger of making a decision that has to be taken a long time ago, this decision would be a strife if the safe conditions were not available, it is the entrance to the dormitories of prisoners who belong to Al-Qaeda, these dormitories are full of equipments and devices that are similar to complete processes room, which is served by terroristic groups officers according to hierarchical sequence, that allows it to lead the terroristic processes in all Lebanon. All the available data says that the war against terrorism will not take place, if the processes room was not extracted and uprooted, and then gaining the information bank which the computers of the leading officers are filled with, including Al-Qaeda organization in its two branches ISIS and Al Nosrah. The source of danger is what may happen in the street that Al Mustaqbal Movement has interested in, when there is a great security action, in this case, it will be described as an assault on Islamic detainees, in which Al Mustaqbal Movement and for a long time has integrated detainees that deserve a termination of their unjust sleepy cases with the terroristic prisoners who are arrested in actual crimes.
Every observer asserts the impossibility of achieving the two accomplishments on one hand, and avoiding the surrounding threats of them, except for the presence of two opposing events that grant a needed safety network and suitable conditions, thereby Lebanon will pass through a secure and peaceful way from the anxiety and fear. The first event is the presence of a government that its being surpassed inclusivity and comprehends all the parts, in an exceptional condition that is represented by the size of the political dispute about the Syrian crisis, the position of Lebanon as well as the Lebanese in it, and the relationship of that division with the concept of the war against terrorism, confronting it, stopping its flow, and isolating it from the incubator environment which it looks forward it. The government has not solved the dispute, it is not the medicine for the cure, and its presence is not the added value, but it is the assumption of Al Mustaqbal Movement of the ministries that are related to the security files, especially the conducting of the Minister Nuhad Al-Mashnouk the Ministry of Interior, and perhaps preventing implicitly the conducting of the Minister Ashraf Rifi of the same ministry despite of the importance of the Ministry of Justice. The presence of the Minister Nuhad Al-Mashnouk in the Ministry of Interior with a coverage which the Prime Minister Saad Al-Hariri has granted, and towards the international and the regional coverage was a critical factor in the success of Roumieh Prison’s plan. As it was an entrance to a political and security relieving behavior towards the explosion of Jabal Mohsen.
The second event, was the beginning of the dialogue between Al Mustaqbal Movement and Hezbollah, and what it has risen of conditions that contributed of issuing a first attitude from Al Mustaqbal Movement and its president Saad Al-Hariri towards a similar explosion, where the condemnation was firm without interruption and implicit justifications as it happened usually in the statements of denouncing the terroristic crimes. This distinctive attitude of Al Mustaqbal Movement has participated in making this quiet elegant reaction of Jabal Mehsen, its leaders, and its people towards the crime of the explosion, and how to deal with the distressed residents. Without the dialogue and what has emerged from, there would not be this special decision of invading the processes room of Roumieh Prison, where the President Nabih Berri is conveying to his visitors his impressions towards the magnitude of the mutual abidance between the two parties of the dialogue about understanding the concerns and reassuring the mutual fears by saying that ((We almost think that the representatives of Al Mustaqbal are from Hezbollah and vice versa))
Al Sayyed Hasan Nasrollah was firm with his people in his point of view of forming the government, as the President Nabih Berri who was full of optimism to the degree that he has been accused of the excessiveness, while he was promoting for the dialogue, and creating the conditions for its success. Now, the outcome says that the vision upon which their two attitudes have based, have preceding too much the events, and targeted accurately its goals.
