The Kurdish Alliance announced its participation in Moscow's meeting. This meeting will hold in 26 of this current month. It will include a delegation of the Syrian opposition and a governmental delegation. The leader of this Alliance is Saleh Muslim. There are many popular, armed Kurdish committees that fight in Al-Hasaka and Aleppo Country side and Ein Al-Arab (Kobani). These committees have refused to fight against the Syrian army and this point distinguished them from other sections of opposition. So, it is the second surprise for Turkey.
