Yemen is witnessed the end of the period of the Saudi Arabia era for announce of the Yemen's President Mansour Al-Hadi to revise the Yemeni constitution. So, this constitution will achieve all the demands of the Yemeni leader Abd Al-malik Al-Houthi, he is the leader of "Allah Supporters". This movement is granted in many features to participate in the security, political, economic and military decision. It also can contribute in the leaderships. The Gulf Cooperation Council believes in new changes, and it decided to delegate an envoy to Sanaa to improve Yemen, provided that the "Allah Supporters" militants should withdrawal from the presidential place. This main condition is agreed in the agreement.
