Moscow1 conference is holding after the first meeting of the Syrian opposition led by representatives of the Kurdish protection committee. It represents the armed opposition against Daash. This victory is achieved because of armed support from Washington. It includes massage to Ankara, because it refused the use of Incirlik base by American aircraft against Daash. It does not have any attempt to find a completed plan changing the situation in Syria.
