At the time, when the first decade has finished with a regionally clear victory of the track which the Iranian Revolution has opened in 1979 against the track led by Israel in the region, on the basis of Camp David, Washington has won against the Soviet Union, with the beginning of collapsing the force, which constituted the support of all the liberation movements in the world, and the emergence of the American mono-era which is interested essentially in the remaining of Israel as a higher authority in the Middle East. While the second decade was the year of the balance between the regional variables in which the resistance option was reinforced by the great accomplishment of the liberation of the Southern of Lebanese in the year 2000. With the end of the second decade , and while Israel was losing one of its strength pillars, which is represented by the failure of the ability of occupying the land and keeping it till having the suitable prices, and after it had come out humiliated and defeated neither with negotiation nor with any return or conditions, Washington was carrying once again the opposing balance, through which the Neo Conservatives have arrived to the White House to start a new path of the two tracks of the year 2000, taking into consideration what has happened of purging wars of the remnants of the Russian influence in Europe with the war of dismantling Yugoslavia, and the launching of the colored revolutions in the Russian neighborhood from Ukraine to Georgia, towards giving the plan of invading the Middle East an ideological, regional, political, economical , and a strategic priority into the only greatest powerful force’s agenda in the world, during a full absence of Russia which is led by the President Boris Yeltsin moving towards the American advices and abyss.
The second decade has ended under the title of the profit’s balance between the scores of the struggled tracks between the regional and the international ones, in order to start a new path in the year 2000 between a new regional track entitled as the resistance’s era, and an opposing new international track, its title is globalization, and under the slogan of generalizing the democracy by force and fire, the theories of Fukuyama about the end of history, and the charlatanry of Richard Perle about Armageddon. The late President Hafez Al-Assad has passed away with the end of the second decade while he was granting the leadership to the guard of the resistance and its castle Syria; the President Bashar Al-Assad. The third decade started with the leadership of the liberation-maker Al Sayyed Hasan Nasrollah and its new titles, concerning America, through the confining and subjecting the pillars of the resisting track from the two wars of Iraq and Afghanistan to encircling Syria and Iran, towards the war against Lebanon in July 2006 and the war against Gaza in 2008. The consequences were the failure of the wars’ project and the steadfastness and the victories for the resistance’s track. The most prominent event was on the sixth of February in 2006, before the Israeli war against Lebanon, which was one of the secrets of the resistance’s victory, through the understanding which was signed by the most prominent forces in the Christian groups with the important force of the resistance which is represented by Hezbollah, and consequently the most important coalition has been constituted, which protects the resistance politically and popularly, moreover it formed the protecting force in the calamities against the strives. Towards a holy coalition between the symbols of two powers Al Sayyed Hasan Nasrollah and the General Michael Aoun, This understanding will present a proof of different kind about the identity of the resistance and its project, in a time the pivotal role of the Orient’s Christians will emerge in drawing the moral scene of the international and regional forces.
