Where is the power of Hadi?

Mansour Hadi controlled and gained everything he had dreamed to recover his power and authority. What is the next step for him?
Now he is in Aden with all Yemeni parties opposed to the revolutionaries, with al-Qaeda organization's members to fight, and with tribes funded by Saudi Arabia.
The Ambassadors returned to Aden with decisions of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the support of the Security Council.
Do the revolutionaries retreat؟
Does Hadi have any military capacity to recover Sanaa and encourage the revolutionaries to seem as they are confined in the Saada region which they negotiated by Yemeni's government?
Is he incapable of having strength? Is Hadi has a chance to take advantage of any external military intervention to achieve this goal, whether it is international or Gulf one?

The Revolutionaries together and within weeks they will go to Aden unless there is no political solution for their crisis.
