Dotting the I’S & Crossing the T’S
The coincidence in the fronts of Syria and Iraq is a plan

The combating fronts in Syria have not witnessed before such of these
coincident flows of the Syrian army, these flows were not of clear
offensive impulse, that based on mobilizing capacitates that exceed
the limits of surprising and engagement before, but to prove that with
the continuation of their impulse, it is a complementary attack,
either in terms of data reconnaissance or preparation, or in terms of
mobilizing the necessary human and armament capacities.
For more than a month, we have witnessed a connecting attack in the
Southern front, despite the intervals between the offensive attacks,
it is a presence that proves the military professional nature of the
attack , it seems clearly that the intervals are the necessities of
the continuation, to assess the preceded attack, estimating the
situation in the field according to the reactions of the powers which
are fighting on the opposite fronts, and re-adjusting the combating
plans, modernizing them, and insuring the requirements of the next
attack, but it is clearly and obviously that the observer can notice
clearly three qualitative shifts in the geography of the Southern
Syria, the first one has resolved Deir Al Adas and its neighboring ,
it paved the way for two pivots of one progress; one towards Daraa and
the other towards Al Quneitra. The second shift has reached the hills
of Fatima which is called the triangle of death; it forms the
connecting and the disconnecting point among the three provinces the
Countryside of Damascus, Daraa, and Al Quneitra. The third shift has
started towards the depth of Daraa province and the Jordanian borders
behind, where the sources of the opposition admitted that its murdered
have approached six hundreds in these attacks, and its injuries have
exceeded the two thousands, these are themselves number of full war
not just numbers of tactical process for one month of the war that is
going on for four years.
In the Northern front, the military performance meets the professional
security action, the military linking which was accomplished by the
Syrian army has succeeded in linking the way of Handarat in the East
with the way of Hretan of Aleppo in the West, and this has tighten the
siege on the districts that are controlled by the militants inside
Aleppo. Therefore, the army has possessed the opportunity of
controlling the supply lines, which the militants based on at the
Turkish borders. This has coincided with the various security
processes that have targeted the leaders of the militant groups, have
weakened them and sometime they caused their removing completely
outside the military scene. One of these successful targets was the
attacking of Al Nosrah leaders by a missile from a drone in the
countryside of Idlib, though which the concerned have admitted of the
size of the professional targeting and its leaning on accurate
intelligence data, because among the murdered were the leaders of Al
Nosrah and its founders led by its central military official.
In the Northern Eastern front in the provinces of Deir Al Zour and
Hasaka and during the same month, the Syrian army has succeeded with
the popular defense troops, and with the coordination of local groups
of Kurdish inhabitants and parties, and the Arab tribes in entering
nearly fifty villages and towns in each one of the two provinces,
these provices are theoretically under the control of ISIS forces. It
seems for every observer that the scene is totally opposite. It is
clearly shown, that the Syrian army has appeared during a whole month
that it is the owner of the military initiative, and that the achieved
accomplishments are steadily increased in a way that prove its leaning
on thoughtful plans and capacities.


All of these is coincided with the first qualitative attack which the
Iraqi army and the popular crowd forces have started in the province
of Slah Al Din, it is more than a process of reclaiming of one
important site, and more than holding up a process of incursion which
was done by ISIS groups, and which constituted a threat to the
sensitive sites as the processes were before, till the process of
Baiji when the Iraqi attack has expressed for the first time a
strategic decision to terminate the presence of ISIS. The province of
Salah Al Din mediates the provinces of Diyala, Al Anbar, and Nineveh.
It constitutes the basis which determines the future of ISIS in Iraq.
Thereby the process of attacking Mousel after reclaiming of Takrit
will be a matter of time.
The Iraqi strategic attack is going on without the coordination with
the Americans and the alliance which they have constituted to fight
ISIS. The observer does not need an intensive effort to discover the
size of the American, Saudi and Turkish’s rage of the attack, and
which is not less than the Israeli Jordanian rage of the attack of the
Southern of Syria, where Israel did not dare to do anything while
everything is going on in front of its sight. As the resistance has
announced by its spokesman Al Sayyed Hasan Nasrollah after the process
of Shebaa Farms the changing of the engagement rules, as the Jordanian
Minister of Foreign Affairs has went to Tehran to seek for mediation,
The Saudis and the Americans are lamenting the war against ISIS which
is no longer the goal, but the American and Saudi heart was upon the
Iraqi national unity, which seemed despite the American Saudi’s
lamenting is fine, where the fighters of the Iraqi tribes are
participating with the popular crowd in the fight, and where the
tribes’ leaders are greeting the attacking troops with shrills and
songs.
There was a coincidental intensive attack on all fronts of Syria and
Iraq, towards the common control along the borders between the two
countries; it targets the dual organizations ISIS and Al Nosrah, not
one without the other. The Syrian and the Iraqi armies constitute the
central power of this attack, and in which the Syrian and the Iraqi
popular units, consultants, experts and units of elite of both the
Iranian Revolutionary Guard and Hezbollah are participating.
Publically the participating flags are raised without reservation;
furthermore, it seemed that the intention is to show that this
partnership is an indented message from the parties of the
resistance’s alliance, and that this alliance is behaving as a united
front and according to unified plan. Whenever the ache –hour is
determined, the others have to expect the results.
