What is about Idlib and Bosra in military side according to De Mistura and the US? Are these sites under control of Al-Noosra? Can we consider that these sites are for opposition and should be included in a political solution?

If Al-Noosra is still classified as a terrorist groups, so the alliance have to transferred its positions there as a terrorist component and the prohibition in deal will be under the international resolutions.
