It is not an ordinary matter what the satellites and the sites that funded by Saudi Arabia have reported and promoted that the American warships have surrounded the Iranian ships, and announced the intention to check them on suspicion that they carry arms and ammunition to be delivered to Iran, so every step that is related to the essence of the American Iranian relationship c concerning the political, diplomatic, financial, and legal affairs, especially the military and the security ones is an example that is intended to be adopted as a invention between the dual relations after signing the final agreement, and the significance will be great from the party who initiates to draw a negative situation for the dealing through putting red lines in front of the other party, as well as the acceptance and the refusal of the other one will have the same significance, however the performance of the two parties will constitute an expression of indirect negotiation that is similar and parallel to the ongoing negotiation about the nuclear program. Therefore the relation of these steps with the security of the Gulf or the security of Israel will have further meaning in the American Iranian relations through which Washington and Tehran and according to the actions and reactions even upon an agreed equation between the two parties as long as it is forbidden to topple the original negotiations, will draw what it can be called as unwritten items in the signed agreement about the limited movement through which the American enables the Iranian to approach its prominent ally Saudi Arabia and Israel, and the limits of the Iranian acceptance in drawing these limits. Through the exact studied movement of each one of the players, the conventions of the new engagement’s rules will be established in the region which constitutes the theatre of their common processes, and where the interests will vary strongly regarding the protection which the two allies the Saudi and the Israeli are having, since they are two strategic partners in the region according to America.
The reported speech seems to b right despite the speed of its denials, and the announcement of the American navy and the Pentagon in two consistent in meaning and proving function statements, that the American ships in the Gulf region have one mission, to secure the international navigation and not to intercept the Iranian ships, so it is a confirmation of the news in the way of negation, ,which means that actually something negative has been occurred and responded by escalated action, and that the tension has reached the nearest degree of boiling and ended with a settlement, its content is included within the American statement which has been issued.
The Americans tried through reported information from an important international agency “The Associated Press”, to inform the Iranians that the nuclear understanding does not mean the freedom of their movement in the Gulf, and that the nuclear understanding announces Iran as a major regional country, but it does not mean acquired rights for Iran to transfer whatever it wants by its cargo ships by having the power of protection of the deploying warships in the region. But the Iranians have responded through suitable channels that the Americans are in front of two choices either to deny the news or to confirm it, and that the Iranian ships are still and will not move or respond to any call for inspection, and are ready for the engagement if they are exposed to harassment. Therefore, the leadership of the Iranian navy forces will issue a statement after an hour of notifying Washington that what is reported is not true that the Iranian ships are exposed to inspection or being asked to comply with the call of the interception of American warships, and that the Iranian navy is ready to deal with every harassment that is beyond the international law and the navigation laws in the intentional waterways with its complete legal rights. Furthermore, after exchanging the messages that expressed the state of tension, boiling, and eruption phase.
