The end of the Decisive Kingdom: American Spring in the Gulf

The war of Yemen has not finished yet, and the necessary time has not passed to have its failure impacts on the regimes in the Gulf, moreover, the meeting of the American President Barak Obama with the leaders and the rulers of the Gulf has not been held to explain his intention that the wrath of their people is the source of the threat against the stability of their country. Despite of that the consequences of the failure of war, and the repercussions of the American considerations have started to emerge, thus what Saudi Arabia has witnessed from the beginning of engineering the rule is neither an ordinary event nor it is a merit that has been imposed by certain developments.

On one hand, the King Salman has learnt from the experience of his late brother the King Abdullah, and what he has done for him after his departure through ignoring the convention between them of naming his son Miteb Bin Abdullah the Leader of the National Guard, the Deputy Crown Prince who succeeds the Prince Muqrin in the mandate of the reign, so immediately after the departure of Abdullah he has nominated Mohammed Bin Nayef, and has turned the issue of Miteb, after the King Salman had appointed his son Mohammed as a Deputy Crown Prince after accepting the stepping down of his brother Muqrin of the position of the Crown Prince.

On the other hand, the stepping down of Muqrin , and the approaching of Mohammed Bin Salman from the position of Crown Prince, as a continuance in the rule, and the approaching of Mohammed Bin Nayef from the throne as a coming king this means that the King Salman has decided to step down, or he has been obliged to do that, so he has ensured for his son Mohammed what his brother Abdullah has not succeeded in ensuring it for his son Miteb.

Today the question after the departure of Muqrin and Saud Al- Faisal the two men of the intelligence and the diplomacy for a quarter of a century ago, and after the departure of Bandar Bin Sultan who was the man of the secret black missions for a similar quarter of a century, what is the identity of the third man who will become the Deputy Crown Prince, when Salman steps down and Mohammed Bin Nayef becomes a king and Mohammed Bin Salman becomes a Crown Prince?  Is he Abdul Aziz Bin Abdullah or Abdul Aziz Bin Fahd?

Three men of the employees of the White House are preparing themselves to take over the control of the government in Riyadh and to terminate the rule of the family and the entrance in the track of change, that will transfer the kingdom into a constitutional regime, which the President Barak Obama will have some of its copies and will distribute them to his guests at the breakfast of Camp David, it is a Constitution of sharing the wealth and the authority in a continuous way between the Saudi Family which will retain the Ministries of the Defense, Foreign Affairs, and the Interior, and the Saudi community which will participate according to the new Constitution with an expanded government in which the traditional families, the sects, the economical actors will share the positions in the rule and the parliament, and will behave in managing the wealth, this was what the American Vice President Joe Biden has said in the meeting with the workshop that was held by one of the studies center in Washington about the future of the Saudi Arabia.

Biden has revealed that all the countries of the Gulf will change starting from Saudi Arabia, and it is not mere an American desire but a plan and a calendar, paying the attention of his interlocutors that the war of Yemen was the last chance of success to prove the ability of the Gulf old regime to survive, and that every American-Saudi meeting was preceded by changes in the power centers without coincidences or positive perspectives, but this is the American vision, so Muqrin was appointed on the eve of the visit of the American President in the last year, and Mohammed Bin Nayef was appointed as a Deputy Crown Prince on the eve of the condolences for the death of Abdullah presented by Obama. Now before the breakfast of Camp David there will be a lot of changes in the “Decisive Kingdom and the independent decision”.

An American Spring starts in the Gulf and the end of the decisive kingdom.
