It is not Samaha’s case but Rifi’s

Since the emergence of the case of the former Minister Michel Samaha, a broad team of Syria’s allies and the resistance in Lebanon was depending on the constructive silence as a result of the surrounding related ambiguities of the case, it behaves in a high responsible national spirit, it’s basis were first, we wait for the results of the investigation and the trial on one hand. Second, we will not believe about the involvement of Samaha because we as ones belong to the option of resistance, Arabism, and independence do not accept to harm those who are the people of issue, the people of identity on the other hand. Third, why do they hide Milad Kfoury and avoid his presence in the investigation, and why do they agitate the case as long as it is in the hands of the Lebanese judiciary, and that the guardianship is available for him more than those who shout and those who made mountains out of molehills, from the former President Michel Suleiman to the Minister of Justice Ashraf Rifi followed by young staff of Al-Mostaqbal Movement who are busy in putting salt and spices into the poisoned cook.
Years have passed and the provocation was towards Syria’s allies, the resistance, and Hezbollah which was at their forefront, in order to make this case a subject of political, media, and popular conflict. So the Minister Samaha has spent the cost of the allies’ silence at the expense of his reputation, his freedom, and his right of feeling of solidarity, this scene has repeated in a way when the four officers have been arrested in the case of the assassination of Prime Minister Rafik Al-Hariri, and which affected me implicitly and personally such as public accusation and slander in which the former Prime Minister Fouad Al-Siniora has participated through a press common conference with the Head of the International Independent Investigation Commission Detlev Mehlis amid the silence of the allies, and the occupancy of Al-Mostaqbal Movement in scream and noisy. As the case of the four officers has finished, as well as my case the same applies in the case of the Minister Samaha which is almost finished, where the one who was supposed to be the owner of the prosecution and the indictment, and who was in urgency to hear the truth and the results of the investigation towards the provisions has insulted against the result which he does not like, because it did not meet his promises for his audience, through a false truth which he invented, wrote, promoted, and made ambushes through it.
In the case of the assassination of the Prime Minister Rafik Al-Hariri, the transition was from one accusation to another one, and in the two cases the mission was political; the criminalization of Syria and the resistance, while the clues and the witnesses are invented, everything is forging, and the plant of forging according to Al-Mostaqbal Movement is in the Information Branch which it becomes clear that the false witness Zuhair Siddiq was from that plant, moreover the videos which combined his boss Saad Al-Hariri and the head of the Information Branch at that time the late Major General Wissam Al-Hassan, and what was going on between them reveal that. It is obvious in the case of Samaha the role of the Information Branch in the texts of the case, and the enhancing role of Milad Kfoury in the kingdom of the Information Branch, and it is obvious too in the two cases the role of the Minister of Justice the Major General Ashraf Rifi.
The judgment against the Minister Samaha may be unfair in the duration of the sentence, but it is a scandal for Al Mostaqbal Movement and a source of Hysteria for the Minister Ashraf Rifi, because the case is not as he said a military court and his genius theory about the security country. The case is the involvement of Rifi in the issue of the false witnesses and the fear of new prosecution which Samaha will add to the unstopped prosecutions of the Major General Jamil Al Sayyed, On the other hand tomorrow if the international engagement of the International Tribunal has collapsed, and becomes a trivial affair according to the Americans without case, and the prosecutions have been stopped, then Ashraf Rifi will ask about his fees in the issues of the witnesses whom he prepared and arranged their testimonies before the court as before the Investigation’s Committee and as in Samaha’s case.
“The truth is out “ In one day that is not far away Ashraf Rifi will find himself in the dock for being accused of many affairs and being wanted , and in the charge of false witnesses and framing up false criminal cases, so he has the right to agitate!.
