Once upon a time Joha went fishing, after a long time of desperateness, he thought of throwing his shoe in the sea, hoping that it attracts the fish , so he tied it with string from its middle,  and after waiting he threw his fishhook ,suddenly he felt that there is something pulling him into water, and when he felt, he recognized that his fishing hook has hunted his tied shoe  while he pulls himself into water. This is the same with the alliance of March 14^th which threw his hook and won the shoe of Joha and which returned barefooted after the initiative, which did not find a buyer.

The attempts of fishing in the relationship between General Michel Aoun and Suleiman Frangieh the deputy , have failed with its fully considered illusions of a none veto on Frangieh. So for suitable fishing, water has to be dingy otherwise the fishing will not be easy.

Frangieh is reassured of the magnitude of his faithfulness toward General Aoun, his seriousness in supporting his candidacy, and consequently to his call for the vacancy, even if it lasts for a long time in order to prevent imposing any weak candidate for the Christians and for the Lebanese as a whole. He is reassured as well to the depth of understanding within the alliance of March 8^th, and the attitude of resistance which left the decision of the presidential elections to the Christians allies.

General Aoun manages the presidential competition of March 8^th alliance through an open accreditation, he is confident of the support  magnitude of  his Christians allies, led by Frangieh and non-Christians , led by Hezbollah, he is also confident that this leadership of the presidential election is privileged with opened Iranian Syrian support, which is not just a greeting for his accession of the presidency, but also a comprehension of the location of Lebanon in the region from the point of its presidency, and their positions toward the Christian presence in the East, moreover Lebanon’s position in adjusting the dealing with Western Public Opinion, taking into consideration the risks of atonement and its origins and the abuse of the dangerous opportunist alliance which the Western governments deal with. General Michel Aoun’s confidence in the internal and external allies of the presidential election does not mean confining the concept of the leadership in the nomination but also in negotiation to reach a compromise.

General Aoun is a negotiator as he is a fighter but within constants, the end of the weak presidency and the courage to make its cost the vacancy is at the head of these constants. When all recognize, that the two regional allies Syria and Iran are not holding a deal at the expense of the leading position of Aoun, as they verified the attitudes of Hezbollah and Frangieh , then they will seriously speak and negotiate. If they accept the capable president and consider that the alliance of Aoun and Frangieh which is the most extensive representation of the Christians ,as the assignee of  nominating the president, then there is no longer a problem, because General Aoun will be ready to nominate Frangieh as an only substitute who got the acceptance of Aoun’s abdication.
