Arsal and the strife

Written by Nasser Kandil,

Some Lebanese observers and those who interested in the Lebanese affairs from outside of Lebanon may not pay attention that since the success of the resistance in liberating the Southern of Lebanon in 2000, there was a Lebanese team who was holding the banner of threat by strife with every development that occurs in Lebanon, and calls for blackmailing the resistance by a position, or that Lebanon may pass within a situation that requires from the resistance to be in the position of action. This team which was led by the Prime Minister Fouad Al-Siniora in the era of the presence of the Prime Minister Rafik Al-Hariri before his assassination had strongly the control over Al Mostaqbal Movement and its audience and after the assassination by making use of that accident and its force.

Immediately after the assassination, Al Mostqbal Movement had succeeded in obtaining the parliamentary majority and the governmental majority by the force of threatening of strife, moreover it had succeeded in obtaining the International Tribunal by the force itself and by the force of threatening of strife, thus the resistance’s weapon becomes an issue for negotiation at the national dialogue table as a substitute of searching for a real strategy that protects Lebanon from the aggression where this weapon and its holders have an honorable rank in this strategy and in the hearts and minds of the people of the country who have sacrificed of their blood and the bloom of their youth.

Since the beginning of the Syrian crisis, it seemed that Al Mostqbal Movement has not done anything without attention, for example because it just wants to wade Lebanon into problems, it supports the neighborhood including, the hiding enemy behind the borders, which occupied the land for two continuous decades, it committed the ugliest crimes, and still threatens of aggression. Knowing that without the resistance the occupation remains, and the aggression lasts, because if the matter is mere a peaceful illusion or a romantic investor wants to avoid the problems then the matter will be easier and the talking becomes about the probabilities of being under strife, as a sort of expectation of the risks and the warning from committing them, more than a weapon for blackmail and bargainin.

Since the beginnings of the Syrian crisis, Al Mostqbal Movement has seemed as its allies whom it shared with them after the assassination of the Prime Minister Rafik Al-Hariri the escalation’s campaign against Syria, without caring nor its peaceful allies did of bringing threats to Lebanon from their peaceful position which was invoked whenever they are talking about the resistance and its bringing the Israeli risks. Thus in their points of view the attempt of protecting Lebanon from the aggression is a harassment and a provocation from the resistance according to their speech, while their blatant intervention with the security and stability of Syria becomes a faith of truth and a searching for justice in the case of the Prime Minister Rafik Al-Hariri as a beginning,  and a support, duty, and inevitable solidarity with the revolution of oppressed people later , and maybe it is a promotion for the democracy revolution which the beam of its Arab Spring has launched from the party of Fourteenth of March from the Martyrs’ Square in Beirut to Bouazizi Square in Tunisia as the Queen Elissar has moved from Sour to Carthage.

The peacefulness of Al Mostaqbal Movement disappears; it becomes revolutionary and able to bear the consequences of harassments. So it asks Lebanon to bear these consequences because the mission of democracy and freedom is worth while the protection of Lebanon from the Israeli aggression by the resistance even without sending blankets, diapers, powdered milk to Palestine to support its people and revolutionists as they have supported through their Okab Sakr the people of Syria and its revolutionists, and even if the matter was just to keep the deterrent arms,  it becomes an unacceptable harassment on the part of the resistance in Israel, and in this case the harassment deserves a strife against the resistance, but the worst is that not keeping up with Al-Mostaqbal Movement in its hostility to Syria, threatens of bringing the strife.

When the emergence of the formations of Al-Qaeda in Syria becomes public and the whole world admits that the terrorism is the actual power which fights against the Syrian country under nominations of the Syrian opposition, Al Mostaqbal Movement has not abated , it continues in its supporting the assumptive revolution with “diapers and blankets” thus the resistance’s fighting against terrorism becomes a project of strife, provocation , and a harassment and becomes the responsible of bringing the terrorism to Lebanon. Therefore it deserves another Okab (punishment), because who has made this peaceful Al-Qaeda organization moves on in Lebanon other than the provocation of Hezbollah. So this requires an apology to the revolutionists presented by the Minister of Justice in order to keep the justice balance fair,

Arsal is a red line, a slogan of three years old, since Arsal has turned into a capital of Al Nusra Front and Al-Qaeda Organization under flags and media of Al Mostaqbal Movement. The meaning of red line is” No for the presence of the Lebanese army in Arsal “ otherwise Al Mostaqbal Movement will show the weapon of strife in Beirut against the resistance, and whenever Al-Qaeda approaches Arsal, Al Mostaqbal Movement says Arsal is a red line otherwise the strife, just in order for Al-Qaeda to do whatever it wants while Al-Mostaqbal Movement is seizing the army and the resistance and links them by the restrictions of strife.

The strife is politics and a speech of a plan. The task is to incapacitate the resistance and the Lebanese army in order to pave the way for Al-Qaeda to be capable for a longer period. Everything which is paid by Lebanon and is being paid at the hands of Al-Qaeda is under the responsibility of the leaders of A-Mostqbal Movement.
