Debkafile the Israeli site which is supervised directly by the Israeli intelligence “ Mossad” has said that Washington, Moscow, and Tehran are witnessing for approximately a month a secret move in which Muscat and Damascus are participating in it in order to reach to an understanding on the settlement that ensures the remaining of the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad in the power, it added that the most important mediator among these parties is the Omani Minister of Foreign Affairs Yousuf Ben Alawi who has run the secret communications between the United States and Iran in the past years, and which led to signing the nuclear agreement between Washington and Tehran” .The site added that this move is aiming to unify the forces and the efforts in order to fight ISIS organization in Syria, and the initiative includes that Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries especially Qatar and the United Arab Emirates will stop their support for the armed Syrian opposition and the pledging of the Syrian army not to attack them, in addition to the approval of the opposition to stop its attacks against the army or any other present military troops in Syria such as the forces of Hezbollah. On the basis of ceasing- fire which will be announced informally according to Debkafile site, the negotiations are going on in order to join the opposition into the power, indicating that the opponents who will participate in the negotiations will be neither among them representatives of the supportive organizations of Al-Qaeda Organization nor Al Nusra Front as long as it refuses to announce its disengagement of Al-Qaeda Organization.
It is enough to display the speech of a site that is supervised by the Israeli intelligence to respond to other Arab media means and recently to the Lebanese ones that organize campaigns through which they want to say that there is a change in the attitude of Moscow and Tehran towards the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad, within media war that is funded by Saudi Arabia to justify the openness to Moscow and Tehran. What the Israelis say is more honest because Israel knows more than any other ally of Washington what is going on, because what is published on the Mossad site corresponds with the announced on the tracks, either regarding what the Russian President Vladimir Putin has said about an alliance that fights ISIS or the emergence of a role of Muscat in the political solution of Syria through the visit of the Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs Walid Al Moualem and his meeting with his counterpart Yousuf Ben Alawi who is described by the site as the engineer of the endeavors.

So this explains according to the site the travel of a delegation of Al Houthis to Muscat and a delegation of the Syrian opposition which is supported by Saudi Arabia to Moscow.
The Mossad is not a charitable organization, it neither provides the information for free nor participates in a psychological media war for the interests of the settlements which have unpleasant news for Israel, we say this before some people interrupt us pretending to be clever and ask whether Israel is happy? If it is like this then it is a condemnation for Syria and the resistance alliance, but if the opposite is true then why it promotes for this alliance and its followers what grants them a moral profit, the answer is in what the site has published, where the message which it promotes is implied but it is clear, the site considers the endeavors that are depending on how Saudi Arabia will behave and determines which means by Saudi Arabia, he is the man whom Israel was betting on, he is Adel Al Jobeir the Minister of Foreign Affairs whose appointment has the approval as a result of his features, diplomacy, and his professionalism. It is known what are the criteria of Israel and the Mossad regarding the professionalism, diplomacy, and the features of any Arab foreign minister, the site says “ Israel and Jordan were not a part in this step and they did not participate in it, but in case if Saudi Arabia withdraws its refusal to talk with Al-Assad, then this means that the Saudi-Israeli-Jordanian coordination regarding the South of Syria will collapse and then Israel as well as Jordan will find themselves in front of a new situation in Syria” The first message is for the regime in Jordan not to dare to think of disengage its relation with Israel regarding their plans in the Southern of Syria, while the most powerful and clear message is for Saudi Arabia, its content is that if you do not think fully before accepting to engage in the American Russian endeavors, then put in your minds that you will not be able to have the support of Jordan and thus you will not be able to oblige us with your decision and you will lose your credibility towards your commitments.
The warning towards Saudi Arabia and Jordan is clear and stern, and implicitly it is a warning for all the endeavors of the settlement in Syria and Yemen, and a threat to blast them as a result of seizing the Jordanian Israeli partnership in controlling the role and the attitude of the armed groups in the Southern of Syria and at their forefront Al Nusra Front which the site is insisting on showing its deporting from any political endeavors as long as it did not announce its disengagement of Al-Qaeda. The site draws a road map for Saudi Arabia and its Minister of Foreign Affairs for what he should do in a Hollywood narration, it draws as well for the opposition a black image for what is awaiting it calling for its joining the Israeli Jordanian option and not the Omani Saudi option, it says “ the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel Al Jobeir is surprising everyone with his announcing that Saudi Arabia will not accept to agree on the remaining of the President Al-Assad in power and refuses to talk or to meet any representative of him, so this is how the whole endeavor is collapsing accompanied with the other endeavors which have been carried out. So the Saudi and UAE forces are continuing their progress towards the Yemeni capital Sanaa in exchange of the withdrawal of Al Houthis forces without any negotiations regarding their participation in the power, they retreat by the force of the Iranian guarantees, while the Syrian opponents who did not know where to go and have sent a delegation on their behalf to Tehran to continue the conditions of starting the negotiations, so they remain suspended do not know whether there was an agreement between Washington, Moscow, Riyadh, and Tehran regarding their future.
The Mossad warns, threatens and identifies but it is concerned, because the American President Barak Obama seems that he has taken his decision as the site says, despite all the formal American speech against Syria because the stopping of funding and training the opposition is a dangerous indicator according to the site which sees that “the speech of the American President Barak Obama recently about a reasonable opportunity to find a solution in Syria is a turning step to say to the American Public Opinion that secret and intensive talks have been occurred in the last month between Washington, Moscow, Iran, and Saudi Arabia, and have ended with an understanding on the remaining of the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad in the power, and that there were actually more than one opportunity for starting the negotiations between Washington, Moscow, and Tehran for the remaining of the President Al-Assad in power” .
The Mossad says this clear dangerous speech and we will see who will join Israel and the Mossad in the attempt to overthrow the settlement is he Adel Al Jobeir? Who are promoting for campaigns that talk about the change of the Russian and Iranian attitudes? Who are trying their best to escalate the military attitude in Syria? Who are trying to sabotage Lebanon and putting the sticks in the wheels of stability at minimum limit?
