It seemed that the Russian American attraction which its acuteness has amounted during these two days and has caused accelerated rising procedures that recall the crisis of the Russian missiles in Cuba which was known as the crisis of the Bay of Pigs in the early sixties and which was about to lead to a World War has dominated on the international scene, where even the media, diplomatic, intelligence follow-ups which are related to this attraction have prevailed comparing with any other issues including the hot explosive issue of the Syrian immigrants to Europe, it seems that this issue will continue igniting till the early of November the deadline of the Turkish parliamentary elections which will open with the retreat of the Turkish President Recep Erdogan’s Party and his inability to lead Turkey through new government a new scene in the Middle East that will put the rest of issues aside in order to coexist with it, therefore the Russian presence will be an American public acceptance on the basis of the need of the completion of the efforts in the war against terrorism.

Till that date, there are many accompanying explosive and hot issues that are towards calming down comparing with the Russian American attraction about the presence and the military role in Syria, paving the way for the accomplishments which are needed by the two teams. For example under the basis of this attraction the party of the American President Barack Obama has guaranteed votes of a number of members in the House of Representatives and the Congress in addition to the nuclear understanding with Iran, exceeding the number which the President Obama needs to pass the understanding in spite of the objection of the majority of the Congress. The follow-up American media does not hide that the attraction with Russia has created an environment of the national responsibility for a country that its situation is similar to when in case of war; the solidarity of the deputies with their president is justified in order to prevent turning their opposed attitudes into attenuation of the solidity of the internal position to their country, recalling from the memory how the democratic deputies have behaved with the authorization to go to war against Iraq under the Republic administration of the President George W. Bush.

Regarding the regional issues, the Ukrainian and Yemeni issues have witnessed important developments during the Russian American escalation, There were many news about the understanding on holding the first meeting in Masqat in the next week, this meeting was anticipated for many months, it will include Al Houthis with the government that is led by Khalid Bahah who is supported by Saudi Arabia, after their points of views have been converged to the extent that they make reaching to an agreement possible despite all of the military escalation, but maybe because of the negative balance which was created by this military escalation. On the other hand, regarding the Ukrainian issue, there were French, German, and Russian attitudes that indicate to an agreement on holding a summit of Normandy in Minsk in the early of the next month to set the details about the understanding on the political and the security solution for the conflict in Ukraine and to solve the complexities which encountered the completion of applying Minsk agreements which were settled a year ago. It was remarkable that the French President Francois Hollande has taken over the responsibility to lead the call for lifting the sanctions on Russia.

In Europe, the most important shift has occurred regarding the attitude towards the Syrian crisis with the release of the new British position, it is impossible for the British Foreign Secretary to utter such a thing without a prior understanding with Washington, the acceptance of a political solution for the Syrian crisis within a transitional phase was the content of Geneva understanding which was issued by Russia and America, but the division was about a specific item; whether the Syrian President and the Syrian constitution will be the title of this transitional phase till the change occurs according to the constitutional and democratic mechanisms? Or will the military and the democratic pressure continue till Moscow will be obliged to accept the resolution of the Security Council which will remove the Syrian sovereignty and will assign a transitional ruling council, thus the work will be under constitution? Or the pressure will succeed in imposing the stepping down of the Syrian President and his abandonment of his constitutional responsibilities? When the British Foreign Secretary announces through his stuttering language such a change that the remaining of the Syrian President is one of the essentials of the success of the transitional phase, then he announces in the mouthpiece of America as well an agreement and a long- awaited understanding with Russia, this will resolve the controversy about explaining the concept of the transitional phase. And will resolve the agenda for the third Geneva which will be easy to be held under the title of unifying the efforts in the center of the Syrian constitutional institutions to ensure the success of the efforts in the war against terrorism.

While the Russian American attraction is continuing about the role and the Russian military presence in Syria, many developments such as the Turkish change will happen. The Yemeni and the Ukrainian issues will have political solutions then the track of change will start in Syria….. Maybe from Cairo this time not from Riyadh. A regional international alliance will be developed to confront the terrorism with the partnership of the Syrian country; its center is Russia and Egypt, and with the support of the allies of Syria in Iran, Iraq, and the resistance.
