- During successive dialogues the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad has drawn a roadmap that answers; how to achieve the political solution in Syria, how to resolve the issue of the refugees and confronting the terrorism.
- The President Al-Assad has put simple equations based on the call to answer a question; what can be achieved of these three goals, if we give a priority to one of them.
- The cooperation in solving the issue of the refugees does not form a progress in the political solution and the war against terrorism.
- The terrorism and the search for a political solution were among the priorities before the aggravation of the refugees’ issue, however its resolving will bring us back to the beginning, but the continuation of terrorism and the absence of the political solution will lead to more refugees.
- The pursuit for a political solution will not stop the war, because the main power of the battles comes from the terrorism not from the candidates for the political solution. So the continuation of the war will increase the flow of the refugees, while the failure of Geneva as a path for the political solution is due to the failure of the understanding about the war against terrorism.
- While the understanding about the war against terrorism will lead to the success of the political solution on the basis that this understanding is a priority, and the victory in this war will stop the flow of the refugees, thus the return of some of the immigrants.
- A roadmap has received the international consensus.
