• The last agreement of Al Zabadani and Al Fouaa is about to be implemented after the calls for aid had showed the threat of withdrawal of the militants from their leaders.
• The attack of Al Fouaa was coordinated under Turkish leadership, and it seemed that the settlement has been matured after a long rejection.
• The youth of Al Fouaa, the army, and the resistance have fought and they held up the attack.
• The settlement means a military end for Al Zabadani and the withdrawal of the remained force on which the bet was about drawing it off to Madaya and Serghaya to prevent the repetition of what has happened in Al Zabadani.
• After the truce Al Fouaa will be stronger because it has relieved of the burden of the civilians, children, women, and the old people, so the resolves of the fighters will be stronger and the area of their fighting will be wider.
• Al Zabadani neighborhood will be weaker after the withdrawal of hundreds of the fighters to Idlib, but the resolving of the next round will be quick in Madaya and Serghaya, it will end with a similar truce under which the militants will be out.
• In the next round, the overthrow of  Al Fouaa will be difficult because the Turkish situation will be changed, so its fighting will be fiercest, but it will withstand more than this time, till a settlement that will take place, therefore, the confidence of its fighters that they were not left will strengthen them.
• The militants of Serghaya and Madaya will wait a settlement that frees them, while the fighters of Al Fouaa are waiting for a settlement the strengthen them more.
