• The Iranian nuclear program as a great title of the issues of the American Iranian conflict has taken a name that contains all the issues, because all the conflicts in the region are a part of the American Iranian conflict, where the nuclear file is a framework of it and a combination of all the United Nations with the West countries in their formal hostility against Iran, and a combination of the superpowers at the negotiating table.
• It cannot be ignored that what has happened in the Iranian nuclear file surely means the transforming of the conflict between Washington and Tehran to the negotiating tables instead of the confronting arenas.
• What is going on in the Ukrainian, Turkish, and Libyan arenas shows that the preparation is moving forward practically towards negotiating contexts that end with settlements after the escalation that took the characteristic of breaking bone.
• The most complicated file is the conflict with Syria, and its abbreviated title the Syrian President as an expression of the political geographical position of Syria, its unity, and its position towards the resistance party, it is clear that the change rapidly shows the admission of the remaining of the President Al-Assad.
