• After fifteen years of the Russian construction and the American attrition in the choices of the unsuccessful wars, Russia has embarked of its first qualitative movement militarily, and Putin has escorted politically, he said in the most dangerous region and the most dangerous issue about Syria “we who decide”.
• After the American failure in Syria and Iraq, Moscow has moved to the Mediterranean and has responded to its failure in Afghanistan.
