• When the Russian active positioning in Syria started, the Americans knew that the announced equations which they set for the victory by the association of the Syrian and the Iraqi fronts, and the association of the ground war and the aerial raids have been resolved before the positioning by the Russians.
• It seemed difficult for Washington throughout a year to resolve these two dilemmas, because the association between Syria and Iraq means a cooperation with the Syrian army and the President Bashar Al-Assad, and it means the containment of this war of the components of Al-Qaeda at their forefronts Al-Nusra Front. These are American taboos.
• In contrast, the association of the ground war and the aerial raids requires a determination of a ground force that is ready and able to fight Al-Qaeda with its variations in Syria, this means the admission of the leading role of the Syrian army and the Syrian President.
•  Moscow came with a clue, but from the position of the international law it said that no one can justify the going beyond the sovereignty of the countries under the pretext of the war on terrorism, it added that the war in Syria is waded under the banner of the cooperation with the president and the army.
• Moscow has admitted of the legitimacy and the legality of the American role in Iraq, but it succeeded in Iraq in forming a joint operational room according to the principle of the cooperation with the government and the army.
• Moscow has won the war, while Washington started to lose Iraq.
