• There is no doubt since the emergence of ISIS, the importance of its birth, its conditions and the way of falling one third of Iraq at its grip of the presence of a Turkish support with American European consent.
• It was proven that the American dealing with ISIS by showing the threat, capacities and the talking of war of years, a war that cannot be resolved, and the most dangerous war of the wars which the humans have faced, was a psychological war in favor of ISIS par excellence.
• The way of the American air war in Ain Al-Arab and Erbil comparing with the rest of areas showed what was proved that Washington does not want to fight ISIS and terminates the presence of that organization, but to manage its danger and employs it against its opponents.
• The refusal of Washington to cooperate with any of the forces that have ground forces despite its awareness of their importance in war was increasing the clarification of the priority of the hostility of Washington toward these forces rather than the hostility towards ISIS and the desire to get rid of it.
• What Washington wants is a maturing international acceptance of Al-Nusra Front as a partner in Syria to start targeting ISIS.
• Russia has imposed within ten days of war the addition of Al-Nusra to ISIS as an international goal of war.
• Russia has proved that the victory is possible in months rather than in years.
• The end of Al-Nusra as being the spoiled son of America and its allies.
• ISIS is a scarecrow; it is in a panic situation approaching to an end.
