• The American Russian agreement on meeting Turkey and Saudi Arabia concerning Syria has been settled in Al-Assad Putin’s summit through its symbolism without going into details.
• The summit said that Syria is a sovereign state, and that Moscow is a supportive ally, and not a trustee that discusses the future of a country apart of its constitutional legitimacy.
• The summit said that the solution towards what is going on in Syria is the war on terrorism, and that any search about it that is not preceded by a commitment of the obligations of this war is useless.
• The summit said that the political solution is through the joining of the components of the opposition to a federal government according to the Syrian constitution and under the Syrian presidency, in one slogan it is the war on terrorism and supporting the army on this basis, while in the Syrian interior affairs the political solution means resorting to peaceful equations in the conflict, their basis are laying down arms  and the return to the ballot boxes.
• Turkey and Saudi Arabia is Vienna are waiting for an American Russian understanding that completes what Geneva Statement has not stated through a federal government that is followed by elections and a title of the obligations of the war on terrorism where there is no neutralizing of Al-Nusra or its similarities.
• The Turks and the Saudis will change their language on the rhythm of the war’s development and the Turkish elections will resolve everything.
