• The quartet meeting which held in Vienna about Syria with a Russian American Saudi and Turkish partnership was an opportunity for the Saudis to discover how the Russians talk to the Americans at the closed meetings.
• The Saudi thinks that America which he treats it as a master that has acquiescent people all treat it like that, thinking that it is enough for the American to demand to be obeyed, and what is going on outside is an indulgence by the American towards the others to disagree with him while at the meetings they hear him and obey.
• The slaves cannot imagine others but like themselves slaves.
• The Saudi discovered that his understanding with the American before the meeting with Lavrov the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs was in vain.
• The American Saudi and the Turkish have set forth the future of the Syrian President for the coming future, but Lavrov has answered; we must be Syrians to have the right to do so, because the future of the president is determined by his people, the time of the colonialism era in which the custody over people is practiced has ended, the one who claims that the Syrian people do not want their president must present a legal mechanism that allows such of  this conclusion and a mechanism that enables him to talk in the spokesman of the Syrians.
• The three said that we will participate in the political solution.
• Lavrov said first participate in the war.
