• The consultations of the six months have taken place since March between Damascus, Tehran, and Moscow when signing the draft’s agreement of the Iranian nuclear understanding and the starting of the war of Yemen.
•  The consultations have led to the development of the bilateral that prevents the division of Syria and the open attrition, through a political proposal under the international criteria of democracy, and the military resolution that proceeds without leaving any time for relaxation for the others.
•  During the separating months, the visions were enriched by the approaching of the merits of the elections, especially signing the nuclear understanding, the results of Yemen war and the Turkish elections.
• The executive timing was in the early of October with the development of the end of Yemen war practically with a Saudi failure and the starting of the negotiations of the political solution of Yemen, and the approaching of the implementation of the nuclear agreement by lifting the sanctions and the approach of the Turkish elections.
• The Russian Syrian summit is the political starting point which is the basis of the meetings and the initiatives.
• The basis of the political proposal is simply that there is no place for pretension to be clever and the talking about the Syrian people, but by giving the Syrians the opportunity of proving their decisive word of who and what they want from the ballot boxes.
• The war on terrorism is open for the partnership without distinction between one kind terrorism and another and is followed by open democratic process for all the Syrians.
• The time is imminent.
