• There was not any American clarification about  the strikes which were launched by the aircraft of the Western coalition on the Syrian site in Deir Ez Zor,
• Is it an intended harassment by the Arab aircraft or a half-intended harassment by Western aircraft?
• There is nothing suggested by the ability of the West or by any directions for escalation against the Syrian country after the Russian presence, although the coalition has not done anything before the coming of the Russians and S400.
• The hypothesis of committing a mistake is possible, and the hypothesis of the half-intended harassment is possible too.
• The meaning of the half-intended harassment is a harassment which does not lead to an escalation, but after the dropping of the Russian plane, it is a sign to mention the sites of the coalition troops in the East on one hand, and a call for coordination on the other hand.
• The Americans will announce that the strikes were a mistake caused by the lack of coordination, and what is needed to prevent the repetition of these events is a direct coordination.
• The Russian proposal which aims to constitute an operational room under the control of the United Nations will be a possible exit after communications and consultations, thus it will be a solution for a problem and not a victory for Russia and its logic.
• This is consistent with the American speech about the call to cooperate with the Syrian army in the war on terrorism.
