• After a week the ceasing-fire in Yemen will be into effect.
• The ceasing-fire includes opening the roads, stopping the raids of the coalition which is led by Saudi Arabia and lifting the naval blockade of the merchant ships especially the supplies, fuel, and the succor. This was refused by the Saudis in every time and caused the failure of the agreement.
•  The agreement includes the stopping of the incursions by the Yemeni army and the fighters of the people’s committees inside the Saudi borders, in addition to the stopping of firing bombs and rockets on the Saudi sites.
• The balance which created by the Yemeni army and the people’s committees was represented by putting the equation of the Saudi raids in return of the pressure across the Saudi borders.
• The negotiations which will take place in Genève in the mid-month about the political issue, were agreed upon since Summer, but the problem was with the acceptance of Saudi Arabia of the principle of leaving the opportunity for the political solution after the desperation of a crucial military victory and the acceptance of stopping the raids before the starting of the negotiations.
• The Saudi approval this time means the reaching of the Saudis to the stage through which this negotiation accompanied with ceasing-fire are given the chances to continue.
• This has coincided with the appointment of a new Minister of Foreign Affairs in the government of Mansour Hadi, he is the head of the negotiating delegation.
• Yemen is towards a settlement.
