• Saudi Arabia has made proactive public relationships by paving the way for communications with Russia for a sequent negotiation after its victory, its center is Syria.
• The Saudi failure in Yemen is entering the phase of the countdown by accepting the negotiations accompanied with ceasing-fire for the first time,
