Within record speed and remarkable coincidence the Saudi and the Turkish positions have changed together between high and low ceilings that are not justified by any rational political consideration, because each one of them seem as a stuck ship without a captain in the middle of the ocean, plashed by waves and barged into the rocks without clarity of the destination of its sail and where there is no place for its anchor.

In one week, Saudi Arabia was talking about the approaching of the complete control on Taiz, Marib and Sana’a, while now is talking about the besiege of Al-Houthis of Taiz and about the bombings in Aden by them, the acceptance of ceasing-fire and the starting of a negotiating political track which before it did not accept them together, but now it precedes all to announce the ceasing-fire.

Turkey was talking about threats of sanctions against Russia, it was alluding of closing the passages of the straits between the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea in front of Russia, and was announcing about the serious attempt for a secure zone in the Northern of Syria with the cooperation of Washington, and that it will not take back its troops from Iraq because it is a necessity for the stability of the region after they were mere limited training units under the knowledge of the Iraqi government, then it announced the reposition of these troops and alluding to take them back, moreover, the Turkish President has announced its desire to turn page in his dispute with Russia and forgetting about the secure zone after the White House has announced that the matter is absolutely out of question, so what is the new?

On one hand, we are in front of a Russian-Iranian intention to discipline Turkey through a wide support of Iraq in its withstanding against the Turkish expansion, on the other hand, there is a legend which Al Houthis have embodied through their stability, steadfastness, wisdom, cleverness, and their ability of the maneuver,and inventing attrition means from the Saudi borders towards the qualitative processes which the most prominent and the last of them was the destruction of the leadership of the Saudi-Gulf coalition’s forces, and the killing of one hundred and fifty of its components at their forefront the leaders from Saudi Arabia and UAE.

Furthermore, there is an American need for accelerating the calendar of the settlements and the negotiations either in Vienna’s path of Syria, which means the American acceptance of the Russian condition that the list which classifies the terrorist organizations and determines the acceptable opposition forces in the political process must be unified and through the participants of Vienna’s path which means the failure of the results of Riyadh Conference which was sponsored by Saudi Arabia to form a leadership of the opposition that includes forces that are classified as terrorist organizations, or in Muscat path and  Genève Conference for Yemen, where the war becomes meaningless and futile, after Saudi Arabia has been given the opportunities after opportunities before and after signing the understanding on the nuclear program with Iran, but it is still at its place.

Moreover, Washington knows that the track of the settlements means the exchange of the concessions with Moscow and Tehran, and not with Riyadh and Ankara but at the expense of each one of them.

The end of the year is approaching and the granted deadlines for Ankara and Riyadh to arrange their affairs after testing all the illusions and the bets are approaching too , it is time for the admission of the facts in Iraq, Syria, Yemen, and Lebanon.
