• The situation was deliberate and calm by Hezbollah toward the draft of a presidential settlement that based on nominating the ally of Hezbollah and Syria the Deputy Suleiman Franjieh for the presidency of the Republic; this was suggested by Saad Al-Hariri.
• Hezbollah has settled  the matter quietly between two choices since it is a serious project under a Saudi support for an internal facilitation that is in accordance  with the background of settlements or a booby- trapped mine within a project of bombing against Hezbollah
• Hezbollah has said to its ally Franjieh, let Al-Hariri announces the nomination, then we will say our opinion thus Al-Hariri has escaped.
• Saudi Arabia has classified Hezbollah on the terrorism lists, but Al-Hariri has kept silent.
• Al-Manar TV has been prevented from broadcasting on Arabsat satellite by a Saudi decision, so Al-Hariri has continued keeping silent.
• Hezbollah has said that there is no presidency without a comprehensive package, it’s basis is the electoral law, Al-Hariri has withdrawn.
• Hezbollah has said that the nomination of Aoun is the basis of our position toward the presidency; we did not ask him to withdraw his candidacy, so Al-Hariri has known that the issue has been discovered.
• “Take a presidency without powers for your ally, and give us the government and the parliamentary and the governmental majority in order to rule the country” it is a rejected deal.
• Saudi Arabia has escalated in Syria and has executed Sheik Al-Nimr, thus Hezbollah was ensured that the settlement was a maneuver.
• Hezbollah has told its word; no for the settlement.
