The American and the European admit that Russia is the first international player in Syria, while the Saudi and the Turkish discover the weakness of the coverage of all the attempts of imposing new equations.
• Russia offers the coverage for Iran and Hezbollah, Iran after the nuclear understanding has become the rising regional power that is recognized by the West as a force of making stability in Syria and Iraq.
• This is politically dedicated through the UN resolution 2254, it turns the political solution from the title of abandonment of the Syrian President in favor of a governing body by a resolution from the Security Council that is handled by forces that belong to the West and its two allies the Turkish and Saudi into a priority of the war on terrorism with the partnership of Russia and Iran.
