• There were many talks about the danger of the Turkish military intervention in the Northern of Syria after the victories of the Syrian army and the collapse of the armed groups, Russia has mobilized its troops on the borders, while the Turkish officers have declared that they may enter from Jarablos in order to implement the safe zone which they have foreshadowed of it.
• Previously the Turks have linked their military intervention with the American intervention which its chances escalated when the fleets have come, they linked the safe zone with the UN coverage or and at least with an Atlantic protection.
• When the Americans were adopting in their speech the work to overthrow the Syrian President, and when Russia was still outside Syria and the armed groups were at their best condition, the Turks did not take the risk of the intervention alone without coverage or participation,  
• The new Russian positioning makes the military intervention which needs aerial protection a project of a confrontation with the Russian aircraft.
• The retreat which dominated on the armed groups makes the Turkish involvement fraught with risks; A direct engagement with the Syrian army that soon turns into missile bombing in the depth.
• The American transition towards an understanding with Russia and making the priority for the war on the terrorism, in addition to the political settlement in Syria makes the thinking of war by Turkey an improbable folly.
• The American encourages the Saudi and the Turkish for a race with Syria towards ISIS areas.
