• The Turkish Saudi talk started with a ground intervention in Syria on the rhythm of the field developments which were recorded by the Northern countryside of Aleppo and through which the Syrian army and its allies have achieved distinguished achievements that changed the region that is near to the Turkish borders, and led to the withdrawal of the groups of Riyadh from Geneva Dialogue.
• Consequentially, as a result of the American position that does not want to involve within a confrontation with Russia and the Syrian army, and because of the Turkish and the Saudi inability to wage a battle that is not covered by America, they linked the talk about the intervention with the war on ISIS.
• If the intention was ISIS then they would say that from the beginning, but they said from the beginning that there is nothing new in the status of ISIS that justifies it, the only change is the progress of the Syrian army not ISIS.
• Consequentially, the tone began to be lower when the title became ISIS, thus the limit became that the intervention will be in accordance with the risk of ISIS against the security of Turkey and Saudi Arabia, this means the refusal to intervene lest the increase of ISIS’s danger.
• The talk became about experts and consultants for supporting the armed groups, because the involvement in the war against ISIS has imposed challenges that both parties are afraid of, the war against Syria is impossible without the embroilment of America and this is forbidden.
