• Since the starting of the Syrian military campaign with the support of Russia and the participation of the allies in the Northern and Southern of Syria, the Saudi Turkish manipulation with facts was characterized with denial.
•  Ankara and Riyadh tried to insert terrorist organizations in the composition of the opposition delegation, they tried to deprive the forces of the opposition from participating by tampering with time as a bet on the steadfastness till the American elections, and the bet on the arrival of the Republicans and changing the policies.
• Ankara and Riyadh tried to make the UN resolution an entry for ceasing-fire, that granted the opportunity of better arming for the armed groups especially with the anti-craft weapons, and in order to avoid the classification of the terrorist organizations to ensure the inclusion of ceasing-fire in all the fronts.
• Ankara and Riyadh betted on putting an open limit for negotiation by emptying the UN resolution 2254 of its content, owing to the resolution that stated of a Syrian-Syrian dialogue without a foreign interference, this eliminates the external conditions that dedicated to presidency but it does not eliminate the right of the opposition of presenting what it finds it suitable as a political limit.
• The Syrian response is” say whatever you want, and tamper as you like, because before amending the situation of the opposition delegation, there will not be negotiation, and before classifying the terrorism there will not be ceasing-fire”, the time is resolved in the field where the facts prove, the time of denial is approaching of its end, and the army is approaching of its victory.
