It is not possible to describe the Saudi procedures against Lebanon with less than an announcement of war, because stopping the support of the army and the security forces, is a message to the terrorist groups to move strongly, and to prevent the citizens from coming back to Lebanon, moreover it will be followed by punishing economic steps that threaten of making Lebanon going bankrupt.
Saudi Arabia does not give the Lebanese people including its group after refusing the statement of the Lebanese government and after refusing to receive the Prime Minister any opportunity for resolving.
