Riyadh’s group knows the size of the change since the understanding on the nuclear issue with Iran and the retreat of the position of its allies especially the Saudi and the Turkish, it knows as well the consequences of the military Russian positioning and its repercussions in the battlefields.
Riyadh’s group knows that the armistice which preceded the date of Geneva’s negotiations and what it asked as a condition by excluding Al-Nusra Front has affected it deeply by depriving it of its military presence and making the fall of its big political bet on improving the image of Al-Nusra, because it knows that the field has become in favor of the Syrian army.
Riyadh’s group knows that Geneva is restricted by the controls of politics and the field and that the Syrian presidency is a pure Syrian matter, it knows as well that the only outcome of the negotiation will be a government under the Syrian presidency and constitution.
Riyadh’s group knows that the Kurdish issue and its size comparing with it, is imposing the joining of the Kurds to the negotiations and that their monopoly in representing the opposition will lead to the demise.
Despite all of that, the group of Riyadh says in Geneva that there is no compromise and it threatens of the failure of Geneva as if it will change the field.
So what will they do?
They are waiting for the instructions after Kerry’s visit to Moscow because the real negotiator is the Saudi, the speaker of radio.
