After the US Secretary of State John Kerry had gone to Moscow, they started talking about the Russian abandonment of the Syrian President, thinking of the Russian announcement of the withdrawal, so they have linked it with the objection on the Syrian parliamentary elections and the speech of the Syrian Foreign Minister of Syria about that the presidency is a redline and the refusal of the Head of the negotiating delegation for a transitional phase.
Kerry has ended his visit to Moscow and has announced the understanding on the steps of the political solution. The resources of Moscow said that the understanding is affecting the participation of the Kurds in Geneva, the formation of a unified government at the end of June, and setting a new constitution at the end of August.
The resolving of the relationship’s formula between the presidency and the political transition has been left for the Syrians, and thus the recognition of its remaining.
Since the return of the American fleets without war on Syria, the understanding on the nuclear program, and the since the Russian intervention, the group of Riyadh hopes that the American adaptation is an illusion and they believe their illusion.
